  • Can I gift Truman's?

    Yes! You can order a Truman's Starter Kit with or without a Refill Plan and send it to the friend of your choice. (Or enemy, if you want to subtly put that person down for being messy.)
  • Can I order a la carte?

    Yes! You can order your Starter Kit and Refill Kits on an as-needed basis. However, customers with a Refill Plan pay 75 cents less per cartridge, so you may want to consider a commitment. (Are we coming on too strong? Sometimes we come on too strong.)
  • Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Yes. Each state profits from every Truman’s sale. Consider cleaning with Truman’s your civic duty.
  • Do you offer free shipping?

    If you have a subscription, we'll ship your Truman's products free to all 50 states. And the District of Columbia, of course. We've heard they occasionally make messes there ;) If you don't have a subscription, shipping is just $5 for a Starter Kit with free shipping on all subsequent refill or...
  • Do you ship internationally?

    Truman’s products are currently only available in the United States. We’ll let you know when the next phase of our plan for world domination begins.

    Existing customers who are logged in can order a Single Bottle Kit, which comes with a 4-pack of refills of your choice, anytime on our website.

  • How do I order Truman's for my second home?

    You can add addresses to your account anytime. When you're logged in, you can order extra Refill Kits, Single Bottle Kits or Starter Kits a la carte without impacting your ongoing subscription on our existing customer store.   • What forms of payment do you accept?

    When ordering a Starter Kit with a Refill Plan, a credit card with a valid US billing address is required. When ordering a-la-carte, we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and nickels. OK, not nickels.
  • What is your refund policy?

    We offer a 45-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can request a full refund here.
  • When will I be charged for my Refill Kits?

    You will be charged 45 days after your Starter Kit + Refill Plan is ordered, then every 6 months thereafter (unless you change your delivery schedule). You can view and manage your plan here, because we're not the boss of you.
